Refund policy

All items are photographed prior to dispatch from our warehouse.

We abide by all consumer guarantees as per Australian Consumer Law.Β We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your return requestΒ is due to a fault, damage, items received not as described or you received an incorrect item, please contact us includingΒ photos of the issue so we can assist.Β We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unchanged, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and all other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hoursΒ if the item is defective, damaged, received not as described or if you received the incorrectΒ item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct where possible.Β 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact via the Contact Us page on our website.
