Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends). Our usual shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however these may alter due to public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.

Insurance may be applied where the total order value exceeds $100AUD. Signature on Delivery is required for a total order value exceeding $500AUD.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and value. This will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. We have removed certain countries due to possible high fraudulent activity. If your country is not listed on our website, please contact us via the Contact us page on our website.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Comic Collector is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your domestically shipped order within 30 days or your international shipped order within the estimated timeframe of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the Contact page on our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Packaging

We very carefully package all our items for delivery to our customers, using recycled materials where possible. We use eco-friendly, corn-starch packaging beads and recycled paper in our boxes, and bubble wrap where necessary. All comics not slabbed will also include a high quality archivable 100% acid-free bag and board (excluding some sale and mystery box items).

Right to Review Excessive Shipping Costs for Oversized Goods or to Remote Destinations

If the delivery fee is excessive, Comic Collector reserves the right to recalculate the delivery fee and charge accordingly. If this new charge is unacceptable to the Customer, Comic Collector will have no choice but to refund the full amount of the order and the order will be cancelled.
