Matt is kidnapped by the Unholy Three. The Black Widow intervenes but only stops Bird-Man while Ape-Man and Cat-Man escape with Matt. In a cemetery, Death-Stalker kills Cat-Man and Ape-Man, reveals he was once the Exterminator (trapped in a displaced timeline by Daredevil), and battles Daredevil. Death-Stalker miscalculates his phasing power and materializes inside a tombstone, killing himself. This is the landmark first issue of Frank Miller's historic run on Daredevil (pencils by Miller, inks by Klaus Janson). Full colour interiors.
