At the wax museum a hooded man dines with a mannequin and tells his origin: hyperpituitarism, a failed “cure” using Matt Hagen’s blood, flesh that runs like wax, a need to dissolve other people to ease the fever. He is after S.T.A.R. Labs parts to reverse it. Batman gets in the way and may be next. Continues in #479.
