Key Facts: This is an issue from the Australian original superhero comic series "Adventures of Catman" (also known as Catman), featuring the masked hero Catman and his sidekick Kit. The series originated under Frew Publications in the late 1950s and continued under Tricho and later Photo-Type Press Pty. Ltd. This #14 reprints the story "The Skyway Bandits" from The Adventures of Catman (Frew, 1957 series) #1 (October 1957). Features black and white interiors with a matte colour cover (noted printing error where colour plates were swapped, resulting in incorrect colouring on most or all copies — this appears to be standard for the issue rather than a one-off error). Standard comic size, saddle-stitched binding. Part of Australia's local superhero comics from the 1950s–1960s "golden age" era. The story also later appeared in Giantsize Phantom (Frew, 2017 series) #1.

Our story: This is my father's "The Hoarder's" private comics, toys, memorabilia and collectables collection he's been amassing for over 65 years. We are guesstimating somewhere in the vicinity of half a million comics + the rest of the collectables, ALL of which are to be sold. While we are somewhat aware of certain acquisitions, there is an abundance of anticipation and excitement of the yet to be discovered, we would love you to join us on our journey which is only just beginning...
