• Lead 20-page Batman story “The Tomb of the White Bat!” by Denny O'Neil, Michael Golden and P. Craig Russell. Bruce escorts Ambassador Chaik through snow country. A bridge is blown, snipers fire, and mountain folk led by Granny Bleach say they were hunting a legendary white bat, not the convoy. Batman sorts the legend from an assassin after the ambassador.
• 13-page Batgirl story: Chinese-built artificial heroes, the Sino-Supermen, are in Washington stealing military secrets.
• 12-page Robin story: a gang uses a Stress Tester that can drop buildings. Lori Elton is still freezing Dick out. Harlequin appears.
• 9-page Man-Bat: Francine is slipping into She-Bat in her sleep. Kirk stops SNAFU and brings her home. Continues from #18.
