• Final issue of the series. 68-page dollar comic with a Jim Starlin wraparound cover. Cover-dated October–November 1978, on sale 11 July 1978. Batgirl, Robin and Man-Bat move to Detective Comics #481.
• 19-page “Enter the Ragman!” by David V. Reed and Michael Golden. Blockbusting realtors clear Grove Park for a developer hired by Wayne Enterprises. Ragman goes after Bruce Wayne, fights Batman, then the two stop the gang together. Ragman’s origin is recapped. First meeting of Batman and Ragman outside Ragman #1–5.
• 20-page “Peril of the Power Sower” by Bob Rozakis and Don Heck. A woman in armour drains Washington’s power to force America off the grid. Batgirl, Robin, Elongated Man and Red Tornado short the suit. The operator is a Betsy Ross descendant inside a robot shell.
• 13-page “Private Eye Man-Bat” by Rozakis and Golden. Kirk works a case with Jason Bard. Continues in Detective Comics #481.
• 12-page Huntress finale “Trial by Fire” by Paul Levitz, Joe Staton and Bob Layton. Helena escapes Gresham’s fire trap, later tosses his own bomb back at him. He dies in the blast. The renewal project still gets funded, and the first building is named after him.
