After nailing an old flame who had gone back to con work, Barbara decides Batgirl is not enough, tells her father who she is, and asks to take the congressional seat he is being pushed into. Gordon already knew and is proud. Campaign aide Tab Higgins steals the donations. Batgirl takes him in. Start of Barbara’s run for Congress.
