Batman is boxed in at Crime Exchange HQ and told to fire a gun into the floor, the one thing Batman will not do. He smashes the screen instead, blacks the room out and slips back into his crook disguise. A planted bug leads nowhere, the President is mobile. As Bruce he gets rich friends to report fake jobs, then hits the real ones first. The Exchange thinks a rival gang is in town and offers a merger. Batman nets the Vice President, traces the live feed, and unmasks TV host Walter Grimes as the President. The trailer rolls. Batman kills the broadcast and takes Grimes. End of the Crime Exchange two-parter.
