Early in the career Batman gave Gordon a dummy name, Neil Merrick, for if anyone ever tried to squeeze the secret out of him. Little Dutch’s gang kidnaps Gordon. He gives them Merrick. Batman gets the warning, hits the hideout, pulls Gordon out. They will need a new dummy name. Gordon is left wondering whether he has already worked out who Batman is.
• 6-page Elongated Man backup “The Elongated Plague!” by Bob Rozakis, Ernie Chan and Terry Austin. Part 3 of the Calculator serial that began in #463, continues in #466. Ralph and Sue at Star-Con. Cosplayers start stretching against their will. Calculator gloats that he has stolen Ralph’s gimmick. Ralph makes him shut the device off. Calculator hits his analysis button on the way back to jail.
