Key Facts: This is a significant transitional issue in the Australian Superman reprint series by Colour Comics Pty. Ltd. (produced by The K. G. Murray Publishing Company Pty. Ltd.), marking the first Superman issue printed in full colour since 1950, and the first entirely in colour for nearly a decade. The colouring appears to have been done specifically for this Australian edition (not matching US originals exactly). It reprints early Silver Age Superman stories from DC Comics: Cover and main story "One Hour to Doom!" (10 pages, Superman #89); "Untitled" (Jerry the Jitterbug, 0.5 pages, humor filler), Batman #52; "The Betrayal of Superman" (8 pages, Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #8); "The Four Superman Medals!" (12 pages, Superman, Action Comics #207, finishes on back cover). Features matte colour cover stock, standard comic size, saddle-stitched binding. Part of Australia's 1950s "golden age" reprints of DC superhero comics.
